ML researcher at the University of Florence and indie app developer. I build agentic AI systems and ship ML models on phones. This is where I write down what I'm working on, what broke, and what I learned.

Projects

• Agentic email order processing — production system that reads order emails and processes them end to end. LangGraph, RAG with FAISS, MCP tools, local open-weight LLM.
• Pokémon card scanner — Flutter app that recognizes cards on-device with TFLite and metric learning.
• Research — published with Elsevier, second paper in progress.
